The manpower deployed by RHS at our various clients' location plays paramount roll in execution of the commitments and delivery of quality services, and hence the company believes in verifying credentials such as background of the employee before deputing him/her at client's premises. 

The said background and credentials are verified upto ground level information by our dedicated HR Team Members by gathering essential information from various sources required before appointing and deputing reliable employee at client's premises upon whom we count for delivery of services at the valuable property of the client. This enable us to provide reliable employee of acceptable character to the client for eliminating potential challenges at work place/site.

Facility management being labor intensive industry, absenteeism is inevitable phenomenon in our type of industries and hence in case of shortage of manpower due to absenteeism on account of festival season or due to epidemic issues, we invoke our back up plans to support manpower/staff and from such extra pool of skilled manpower we fetch the appropriate employee depends upon the need of the customer and engage him/her at the nominated place on the same day or with the notice of 24 hours and thus strive to eliminate shortage scene of manpower at client's site resulting in restoration of service efficiency.

Good Housekeeping is also a basic part of accident and fire prevention methods. RHS has developed safety manual which identifies and addresses safety related hazards faced by housekeepers in any type of organization. Best practices for handling chemicals (MSDS), proper personal protective equipment selection, material handling and slip, trip and fall prevention are discussed during briefings and adequate training is imparted on safety related topics.

Examples of types of personal protective equipment to consider :

  • Gloves (work gloves, latex, chemical specific)
  • Safety glasses, goggles
  • Face Shields / Masks
  • Aprons
  • Slip- resistant safety shoes

However, accidents are accidents and are unpredictable and hence, we have covered all our employees under the Health and Insurance Scheme of Govt. of India i.e. ESI which takes care of all accidents, sickness, medicines and other health related issues of the employees and its family.

RHS reporting system aims to identify the major issues for each service provided. The reports provide an opportunity to highlight the achievements of a range of services. However, they do not attempt to mask adverse trends where these are identified. Instead, in such cases they attempt to explain the constraints and other factors that impeded service delivery. The aim is to give a balanced account of what does as well as some insight into how RHS services operates.

Pertinent trends and service delivery issues are identified for each major function. Where service deficiencies or major areas that require improvement come to light, RHS reports attempt to give an account of what RHS is doing, or planning to do, to improve those service areas.

It is intended that an Overview of Services report will be produced quarterly or as and when required by the client.

RHS has developed and documented a transition plan to show the activities that needs to be carried out to ensure smooth transitioning ( handing over ) of services with optimum or no disturbance. Transition is carried out in such a manner that business of the client from whom we are taking over the responsibilities will be able to support with the same service level agreements and also meet the clients expectations. The transition plan is executed by a qualified personnel who has specialized sets of skill to carry out the transition phase. The transition plan is developed in conjunction with the client representative keeping in mind the nature or scope of services, transition strategy to be applied, transition schedule under the governance covering the client and our team along with roles and responsibilities, communication plan, escalation process, progressive review meetings, resource management plans, training process and status reporting.

Rare Hospitality and Services Pvt. Ltd, understand the importance of managing contingencies for the purpose of minimum impact of an adverse situation to the client site. Resources such as manpower and materials are planned for to manage contingencies such as incessant rain, strike, transport failure etc.

  • 6 % of staff is always on standby in the HR Office for replacements
  • Adequate Buffer stock is available in the central stores at all times.
  • The Operations and HR team preempt any situation and plan accordingly.
  • Some of the staff staying in RHS accommodation are also called in for any emergency requirements.
  • Standby equipment is also kept available in the store.
